Long Exposure Photography Workshop Courses
Long exposure photography is hugely popular at the moment with incredibly dark ten stop filters such as the LEE Big Stopper and its sister filter the six stop Little Stopper that I use setting a trend for dreamy and ethereal images where water appears to turn into mist and clouds appear to fly by. In light of the popularity of long exposure photography, I have specially created these one day workshops for those who wish to create the kind of images that you see above but either do not know how to or wish to use some equipment first before investing in the relevant filters and holders.
What filters do I use and why? I use LEE filters because I believe them to be the best that there is but there are other products out there that are also suitable. The locations that I have picked are based on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire as my one day landscape workshops have been designed around the tide times. I use a variety of locations from Blackpool and its piers to Cleveleys and its recent beach art installation Mary’s Shell. Fleetwood and Rossall also feature too on certain workshops.
I will offer you extensive opportunities to capture several quality images as well as offering assistance with whatever aspect of photography you require whether that includes wanting to leave the auto settings behind and learn how to shoot on manual or some assistance in how to compose an image. No previous experience is necessary as full professional tuition will be given.
